🔁 Beauty Essentials Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

📦 Returns

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions:

🚚 Return Shipping

We accept returns via J&T Express or Flash Express only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please include your Order Number inside the package for faster processing.
We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, email support@beautyessentials.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
